When can I expect my delivery?

Orders may take longer during seasonal holidays and when there are bank holidays.

How can I get an exchange/refund?
We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact us at email@example.com if you have any problems with your order.
*FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:*
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will supply a return sticker with your order but the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We don't accept cancellations. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

- Digital downloads
- Sale items
Can I purchase for commercial use?
All the items are sold only for personal use. All ideas and designs are property of ©ThePiliPalaProject. You can print and use as many times as you wish. They can also be given as gifts to friends and family.
Just kindly note that ANY COMMERCIAL USE IS FORBIDDEN.
How do I take care of my digital downloads?
We recommend laminating the feeling cards after printing them so you can reuse them and keep them clean!
If you do not have a laminator then we recommend using 200- 300gsm cardstock and laser printer.
If you laminate the bingo sheets and call cards, ensure that you have rounded corners and no sharp edges so your kiddos don't cut themselves.
