Returns & Exchange Policy


We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery if there is a problem at with the subject header: RETURNING/EXCHANGING AN ITEM or by filling out the contact form provided.

Please let us know what the issue is before returning so we can assist you with further instructions.

Once return has been noted, please dispatch items back to us within 30 days of initial delivery.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we don't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
